Translingual Europe

Berlin, May 19-20, 2008

The International Conference on Advanced Translation Technology for Multilingual Europe will take place on May 19th and 20th at the Federal Ministry of Economy and Technology, Invalidenstraße 48, 11115 Berlin. The event is organized by EuroMatrix as a service and forum for organizations in industry, public adminstration and research that are concerned with growing translation demands. It will inform the participants on recent progress in machine translation technology and on actions for exploiting and improving state-of-the-art technology. Interationally acclaimed experts from research, administration and industry will provide overviews as well as reports on specific aspects. In this context, appropriate strategies for machine translation RTD in Europe will be discussed.
